Art Clinic
Art Clinic is an informal preservation advice service for working artists and their Art.
A 1 hour consultation online or in person if in the London area.
These informal consultations aim to identify and address issues concerning the preservation of your artworks, in between shows or sales.
Particularly focusing on the environment in which they are stored, safe housing and transport options.
The suggested solutions will be adapted based on resources available, and will fall in line with industry standards set by heritage bodies such as ICON and the National Trust(UK).
Artists are invited to share their portfolio, and images of their storage space, or studio, and their storage methods. Along with any questions, descriptions of their working processes, and challenges faced with preservation.
Any information shared about working processes will be kept strictly confidential, or in line with artist’s wishes.
This service particularly aims to support new artists ( less than 2 years of career) with a low cost service.
Means based pricing:
Tier 1. £70 Pay forward for other artists
Tier 2. £40 Full price
Tier 3. £20 or Pay what you can ( I have a set amount of slots for ‘Pay what you can’ tier, please get in touch to discuss this.)
Mondays & Fridays – 10AM to 5PM.
